<p>Nickleby, Try this. Go to the old CC. Go to Search. In SEARCH FOR, Type in "Yale Early Action Decisions." In SEARCH TOPIC, click on Ivy League Schools. On List #1, click on "Im just not smart enough for Yale." That should take you there.</p>

<p>Yeah I was really wondering about that one...the only thing that I can come up with is that maybe one of her teachers wrote something really awful in a recommendation? I once heard from an adcom that 25% of applicants get rejected based on teacher recs.</p>

<p>well its really hard to tell you guys. I mean, i dont know your stats and ECs and stuff, but if youre somewhat up there, like high SATs, high GPA, leadership, good recs, etc. theres basically no way to tell unless youre talkin bout affirmative action or legacy or something. I was looking at last years, and some baffle me on both sides, how a guy with 1600, high 700s SAT IIs and tons of leadership and whatnot would be rejected, and yet also someone with less than that gets in. It's so subjective its amazing. So I say don't think about it, because theres no pattern. It's basically impossible to tell whether youll get accepted or deferred (but if youre "up there" it might be easier to predict NOT being rejected), so that site is more just depressing than a sign of things to come for you.</p>

<p>DDR is so annoying! I went to uiuc this past weekend for some "scholar day" program I was invited to and they were playing DDR all the time. The music is quite annoying when the dancer changes it every second!</p>
