Yale interview

Hi, Guys. I just recieved an email from Yale alumni who will have an interview with me. The name of alumnus is Denise. When i respond( send my email) should i say dear Denise .... or Hello, Ms...

Also, Do you know what yale alumnus usually ask during the interview?
please, help me.

I'll bet Denise is not an alumnus.

i had my interview already, so i think i can help.

my email was in this format:

Ms. [fill in the blank],

Thank you for your consideration in regards to granting me an interview, blah, blah, blah

For the interview itself, my interviewer told me that it was to be very casual and the point of it was just to answer some questions i had. so she really didn't ask me anything. i think if you check the yale forum there will be interview anecdotes, etc...

I hope that helped :)

Haha... I also love playing grammar hammer.

I would have restrained myself, but it is for YALE!

Those who have had your Yale interview, please post your interview experience and advice.... thanks!

If she signed her email "Denise" then calling her by her first name is probably fine. If she used her whole name or didn't sign it at all, go with "Ms." It's safest.

After you meet, just go by whatever she introduces herself as. Use "Ms." if you are ever unsure.

My $0.02.
