Yale, Penn, Chicago Chance (I'll chance back)

With a KILLER essay you’ll get into Yale. I dont know much about the other schools though.

If you absolutely love Yale, then I’d go with option three. However, if your goal is to get in at least one of the three colleges, I’d go with option 1, only if you’re comfortable with going to Penn over Chicago if both accepted you.
You have amazing greats and EC, however, this doesn’t guarantee you acceptance into any of the three schools because they’re so competitive.
I’d say you are about a low reach/mid reach to Chicago and Penn and a reach to Yale.

1.Yale-reach
2. Penn- high match
3. Chicago- match

bumpity bump

Your entire application setup looks pretty good; you’ll want to get cracking on the subject tests, since I believe those are generally required among the caliber of schools you are applying to. Shame you missed the boat though in terms of timing; I found the subject tests incredibly easy when I took them directly after the corresponding AP exams. Either way, be sure to do well on those.

WHOOPS EDIT: I somehow blanked on you being a junior. My bad. In that case, I would advise you take the SAT II’s in your subject areas at the first test date after AP season. The college courses over the summer are excellent.

Anywho, I would judge you a mid to low reach on these schools. Maybe slightly better chances at U of Chicago.

i think you have a good shot for any of these schools, i’m sure you’ll get into at least one.

bumpity bump bump

bumpppppppp

I would try to improve your cr sat score if you could, but nothing too big of a deal especially when you are 2200+
(have you tried the act? it was much easier for me and I’ve heard that for many others too)

You look like a strong applicant but yale is definitely a difficult choice without any amazing e/c. Most likely high reach on yale and decent chances on chicago and penn

I would say UChicago - High Match/Low Reach, and Penn and Yale - Reach
And if your first choice is Yale I would apply there EA.

[Chance Me!](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1037333-chance-unc-ch-uva-uc-berkeley-duke-emory-ect.html)

Wow! A congressional page? That’s impressive xD
With a 2240 SAT,

1.Yale- high reach (be sure to write a creative supplement and make your short takes as original as possible)
2. Penn- mid reach
3. Chicago- high match

bumpbump bump

buuuumpppp

Your SAT scores are extremely good, with your projected SAT scores you have a very good chance of getting into at least one ivy. i mean 2350 is phenomenal! Thank you so much for replying to mine, i appreciate it!

i also applied to penn, here’s my stat:

YAle - mid reach
U penn - low reach ( I think tou havegood chances here)
Chicago - high match (depending on essays)
Good luck!

SCEA does not increase your chances at Yale, so you might as well use your early advantage elsewhere.

If Penn isn’t your clear first choice, don’t apply ED.

choice 3, definitely, no questions asked.

so, you have excellent SAT, even now. the only thing i see that you lack is prob some leadership inside of school and more community hours. your congressional page thing is simply spectacular, so it’s a good idea for you to aim at a high level for ED.

UPenn ED, for you, is prob a safety school. I would say 80% of chance you will get in. Yale, not so, 40%, and that’s why you should take the challenge.

Anyways, you have a pretty solid chance at getting into your dream schools, you gluck!

peace

Penn and Chicago= in
not sure about yale but your shot is pretty good.
