Are you at a public or private high school?

I am thinking you may be a bit low on class rank but it may depend on the quality /competetitveness of your HS.

If you will have your degree before graduation, you might not be considered an undergrad, but instead a transfer student. And the odds there are miniscule.

You are by no means an automatic exclusion, and you are also smart enough to understand that while you are clearly qualified/competitive, so are 90% of the rejected students.
