<p>I used the same essay for Harvard and Yale, except I had to shorten it a bit to fit the Yale request of 500 words. I used a completely different essay for Princeton due to a quote that eeriely fit a recent personal experience.</p>

<p>What a coincidence, the supplement essay that I used for HYP was both business oriented and artsy! Now that we have H and Y covered, what are Princeton’s characteristics?</p>
<p>I wrote the same essay for Harvard and Yale, then found it also worked for Princeton, so I stuck a quote on it (that fit perfectly) and sent it off.</p>
<p>I wrote 2 different essays for H and Y. H is much longer cuz it doesn’t seem to have a word limit. For Yale, I sort of combined my H and MIT short answer and Caltech short answer and fuse it into a 500 word essay.</p>
<p>Yeah, I used the same essay. 
They’re pretty much both asking for the same thing.</p>
