So I'm applying as a theatre studies major, and I'm personally interested in the technical side of things. So what opportunities are there on campus to participate in productions? I know a bit about the Yale Dramat, and the Yale Rep. Theatre, but I want to know everything about the undergradute theatre opportunities in Yale :P Especially for stage managers, if possible.

Yale has at least a dozen undergraduate productions per semester. In addition to the Dramat (which is the main undergraduate drama club), many of the residential colleges have their own drama clubs, and essentially anyone who wants to put on a play can get a chance (and some funding) to do it. No one has too many tech people. So tech options are pretty unlimited, although not every production has first-rate equipment. (Some do.) Don't even think about Yale Rep, though. The Drama School grad students man that.
