below average SATs, international applicant from Macao studying in the UK, aspiring politics student, sent through an update letter late april, would attend Yale in a heart beat. @SadSquirrel23 were u admitted off the waitlist?

@SadSquirrel23 It was one of my upper fit/lower reach schools, as much as I have come to love it, Yale is and will always remain untouchable 
@billyboyx But you were waitlisted, right? Stay hopeful! Duke is just as awesome and besides, NC weather is much more fab. Keep me up to date on what happens, and I wish you the best of luck! Focus on enjoying the summer. ~O)

Any news? Last year Yale waitlist closed on May 13th. I’m still so nervous, Yale’s my number one choice,
I know a person in my locality who was offered a spot off of the WL sometime this past week (May 26-28)

I emailed monday during office hours and still have not received a response as of the end of the day on wednesday
