can anyone tell me what the workload of a yale student is like?

anyone lol i am just curious about what a typical day consists of

bump please!

yeah, i'm actually really curious about this too :-/

uh, how would you like it to be described?

is the workload as intense as you would expect from any ivy league school? is it studying till 4 am every night with no life or is there a healthy balance? i would appreciate it if you could describe it in this manner to me

bump please

The only school where you would study every night until 4 is Caltech (I jest, but only slightly). I would describe Yale as having a healthy balance. I don't know anyone who spends all their time studying, regardless of major, career goals, studiousness, difficulty of classes, etc. My personal experience freshman year was that despite a course schedule that caused people to ask me if I was insane, I had plenty of time for extracurriculars, hanging out, and good, old fashioned fun (and did well in my courses, so it wasn't that I was slacking).

in high school did you have good study habits or are you like me a procrastinator
