When my counselor called me to plan my schedule I was asked to drop AP Gov just to make room for the Yearbook class (which I signed up for art credit and to contribute my hobby in art to help make a nice yearbook for my graduating class' year. Yes, I am a senior.).

I received my schedule to be the following:

(Yearbook for homeroom. Note: can pretty much only contribute 20% to yearbook according to my teacher)
Spanish 2
AP Lit
Government
Digital Imagery
AP Calculus AB
AP Environmental Science

Unfortunately, as you can see, I was not enrolled into the Yearbook class that I was signed up for. And now I am faced with a dilema: either keep the schedule the way it is or to drop AP Lit and take a regular english class in order to take yearbook.

If I were to choose the second option (drop AP Lit in order to take yearbook), would colleges look at this decision as "senioritis 101"?

Thank you very much in advance.
