Yes, No, Maybes?

D just learned of two more friends, one male and one female, who are accepted as UMich MTs. She thinks they just found out today, but there’s a chance they could have known earlier.

a friend of my D’s found out of her rejection 2 weeks after auditions. another friend has yet to hear.

My son just got the call this afternoon. He’s accepted at UMich. He’s ecstatic. We’re thrilled!

^^Congrats! So exciting! Your son has several wonderful acceptances. Enjoy the moment!

So exciting!

Caldad3 so happy again for you and your son!!

Wonderful News! Congrats :)

Congratulations, CalDad3!

Exciting news CalDad3 - congrats to your family.

Congratulations!!

So Great! Congratulations!
Hopefully we will get that news in 2 years! My sons dream school…

What if you’ve heard nothing?
I auditioned at the beginning of february and I’m not a yes, not a no, and not deferred! haha
Any advice?

dancergirl92 - I was in the same situation as you for 7 weeks. It doesn’t mean anything, just that they haven’t decided either way. I was rejected unfortunately.

What do these rejections say? Do they say REJECTED? Are they nice?

Just a reminder, tomorrow is the last audition for UMich on campus. They have 80 scheduled to audition, so it has been a big audition year and notices will be slower in coming. Hang in there everyone, it won’t be long now!

Theatremomma, I do not know the exact wording, but they are kind…they do not say REJECTED.

Good Luck to all still waiting! :)

Soozievt, my DD is only a HS sophomore, been going to that camp since she was 12. This is her 5th year coming up. So I think my DD started the summer after yours started! Yes, incredibly talented family…I am really thrilled for her.

monkey13, I don’t think your D started the summer after mine started. If this is your D’s fifth summer coming up, she started in 2007. My D attended from 1998-2005. Our girls would not know one another. Glad your D is enjoying the program as much as my D loved it.

My son got his “no” online last night after being deferred 2 weeks ago. Oh well, still have some good BFA choices already and more to hear from.

I’m sorry to hear that pemestau. Where on wolverine access do notifications show?

I audition in NY on March 5th. Will I not hear to mid April? Or is their deadline April 1st? Has anyone heard that auditioned on that date?
