Hello cc’ers. Hate to be repetitive, but what are my chances?

Academics:

GPA: 4.36 at a very competitive private high school in New Jersey

National Merit Finalist

I have taken:
AP French, Freshman year, 5
AP Spanish, Freshman Year, 4

AP Chinese, Sophomore Year, 3 (OMG, I am SO WORRIED)
AP World History, Sophomore Year, 5

AP American History, Junior Year, 5
AP Lang and Comp, 5
AP Physics C, 4
AP Bio, 5

And I am taking AP Calc (BC), AP Lit and Comp, AP Computer Science (independent study), AP Economics, and over winter break I spent time studying for the AP Statistics exam, all of which I am sure I will get 5’s on, except for the AP Economics exam, on which I am anticipating receiving a 4. (Is that really bad?)

SAT I (took once): M800/V780, 1580 total

SAT II:
World History:800
Writing: 780
US History: 780
Chemistry: 800
Molecular Biology: 760
Math IIC: 800
French: 790
Spanish: 730
Literature: 720
(Do you think the last two will hurt my chances?)

Extracurriculars:
Varsity Soccer, 4 years (captain two years)
Varsity Basketball, 4 years (captain this year)
Varsity Track, 3 years (captain last year, and I anticipate that I will be chosen as captain again this year)
Mock Trial, witness freshman, lead witness sophomore, lawyer junior and senior years
Model UN, won a few awards, and am the president of the club this year
NHS Vice President
NSHS Treasurer
NFHS Secretary
Started the NJ Organization for Helping Those Less Fortunate Than Ourselves (NJOHTLFTO for short)
Founder and President of the Key Club for two years

Summers:
Freshman year: spent feeding disabled children living in Peru
Sophomore year: travelling throughout Africa with a program run by my Church that helps out local tribes (became competent in two local dialects)
Junior: Habitat for Humanity (I know everyone does it, but it sounded like fun)
Senior Year: will work at Fermi Lab

Additionally, I will spend March in Asia, both studying and helping tsunami victims.

Gosh guys, do you think I have a chance? Some people may find this annoying, and even pointless seeing as how no one here is on the admissions committee, but I don’t think I’ll be able to finish my proof of the Riemann-Zeta Hypothesis with these worries on my mind.
