Hi, i sent in my acceptance, the enrollment deposit and my financial documents by the 20th of March but am yet to receive my I-20 form. I checked at the wolverine access but it just reads "yet to be processed". Normally how long does it take for Um to process the I-20 documents?
Should i wait out for some more time?

Thanks

I remember getting mine in May. I had them courier it in.

thanks gomez95...Did they update anything at the wolverine access before they sent in your I-20?

Same here, anyone else? thenxtlevel, did the wolverine access says that they have not received your financial yet?

I sent my stuff around the 13th of April and till now nothing has been updated on Wolverine Access.
I called them three days ago and they said I'll get mine in 2 weeks.

hey i got mine today through courier. when you have all supporting documents, they will send you an email saying your i-20 is ready. and then it asks you whether you want to courier it. try emailling them. i think that's what i did.

When did you send them your financial documents, blissful?

I sent mine in in the 9th, still nothing as of today. The strange thing is the wolverine access says they haven't received the financial document.

i think i sent one during my application to umich (don't know if that one was valid though because we only send our financial certs after we are accepted)

so i sent another one just around 1 month ago thru courier. and got my i-20 yesterday

if anyone get theirs please reply because getting VISAs are pretty complicated and it is always good when there's someone to catch up with. (the letter says there is a bunch of documents to fill out and takes quite a lot of time to be processed).

thanks guys

Where are you from bliss? I'm already in the US. Currently in a CC now.

^ hello. wow, you're in the US pretty early! where were you previously from?

I'm from Hong Kong. are you a freshmen also??

I'm a junior transfer :p

hey i was wondering if i can get an job** with $$ in michigan while i'm studying in UMich. is that possible for I-20 students who obtain a F-1 visa?

thanks

*can be in campus. because i know that you can't work off campus... am i right?

cannot be too heavy. maybe some tutoring, bookstore salesperson. etc etc..

Yeah you can get a job, on campus, and work to a maximum of 20 hours a week.

blissful, was anything ever updated in Wolverine Access for you?

Btw, I called the Office of Undergrad Admissions, they said I-20s went out this week.

poly: gosh it took me so long to log in!
anyways
it says my i-20 "has been processed".
and yes, everything (including my I-20 number, etc etc) have been updated on the Wolverine Access.
Hope this can help.

Didn't they email you asking you where you would like it to be sent to?

Ah ok..thanks, blissful.
Apparently its going to take one more week for me.

sharkiez, yes they do send an email.
