i think you have a good chance. maybe you should consider stanford or uc berkeley? btw i'm also desi.

UCB won't accept me, their out of state acceptance rate is way too low and I don't want to head off to the west coast either (though I won't deny that both UCB and Stanford are amazing schools that I would be willing to attend were they on the East Coast). Thanks for the reply tho and good luck to you!

I've got plenty of responses, but anyone else want to comment?

bump last time

lol how ineffective.

@ the OP: you're a strong applicant. just apply and see, you don't have to ask people to chance you, unless you're asking for college choices.

i know a lot of students are using myCollegeSTAT now to look up some of the profiles of students that were accepted to schools. The site is much cleaner and easier to use than other sites.

I think you have in to all of those. Maybe low reach for upenn and duke, and JHU just because of the program you want to get into. Overall you have great scores, great GPA, good recs, and solid ECs which demonstrate your interest in science.

You are a very competitive applicant, and Rutgers is a great back up school to have :)

You’re NOT real, man!
