Yo What's my ceiling?

<p>I'm a rising junior and I just bought the LSAT Powerscore Bibles. I'm going to hit those books hard around March of next year but I have them right now just to get a taste of what the LSAT's all about.</p>

<p>Anyway, I'm a URM (Puerto Rican male)</p>

<p>UGPA
1st School- 3.65 (25 credits)
2nd School- 3.89 (62 credits)
3rd School (UVA this fall)-</p>

<p>You think a 165 LSAT will be good enough for any school?</p>

<p>I think a 180 will be good enough for any school.</p>

<p>165 probably not.
168 probably. You will have a great shot at every school, but you won’t be auto-admit even with the URM boost. You would need your GPA/LSAT to be near the median to be auto-admit.</p>

<p>Puerto Ricans don’t get that much of a boost, if any. Of all the Puerto Rican applicants I knew, most performed similarly to non-URMs with similar numbers.</p>

<p>No concrete data, but I’ve known several PRs (like flowerhead) whom didn’t have much of a boost at the schools they applied/got into (around the Top 20-30). If compared to LSN for non-URMs, they’d pretty much be held against those standards, strictly speaking numbers.</p>
