<p>Cheer up guys ;]. And the only reason I even have a hoodie, UCR hoodie, is cause I went to Discover UCR Day. XD haha and since I might go to UCR why not wear the hoodie? I’m one of a kind since nobody else owns one let alone wears one.</p>

<p>My dad went to CSULB. Guess if things goes bad, I’ll be going there too. UCR seems okay, but my parents aren’t willing to pay for UCR is there’s no pre-pharm program there :(. Pacific and UCI are my only hope now. But yeah, I did think about being that one alumni for UCM back in November, lol. Not likely.</p>

<p>and I always thought CSUs were like Community colleges in that there are a lot of older people… like my dad who went when he was like 40ish?? but he got his masters from there so… maybe grad school should have a lot of older people?</p>
<p>pre pharm program? I don’t much about it, but can’t you just major in any hard science and then apply to pharmacy school? why do you have to be in a pre pharm program?</p>

<p>Haha, mom went to Fullerton. 2 Cal State parents = 1 UC kid(hopefully)/Cal State/Private/idk(TT_TT). I really don’t know my faith yet since I’m still waiting. </p>
<p>@Andrew: Well, if you really want to build up UCM…Good luck with that. It normally takes more than 1 student to give a uni a reputation.</p>
<p>I remember that when I applied a few years ago a lot of students who had davis, SB and UCI as their safety schools got into one or none of them. I think hs students tend to be overly optimistic about their chances.</p>

I tell my parents I can always transfer, but they’re afraid of me not making it in, so they just want me to take the direct route because they have so much faith in me(not really, TT_TT). To be honest with you, I kinda want to go to UCR now, but the money is making me cry along with dorming prices.</p>
<p>The money? All UCs cost like 30k…they basically all cost the same lol.</p>

<p>HEY Andrew, I’m not bagging on UCM… I would go if I had $$ and it was closer… It’s seriously too far for me/my parents… I like that no one at my school would dare go there which gives me the opportunity to really start fresh :)</p>

My mom is pushing me to go to community college to save money while my dad is on the fence… I mean they already have an older daughter at ucsd to brag about so I guess they’re fine with me going to community :p</p>

<p>If Ms. Sun is correct UCI admissions will all be out by March 23. If UCI is correct they’ll all be out by March 31. Take your pick.</p>
<p>They don’t want to think about the money before I go as a grad -_-;. They think I’m better off in UCI because it’s closer to my house and it’s a 10k off from dorming, lol. Really, I wish I could just run off, but I really don’t know. I’m still waiting for that other school to reply back. They have rolling admission :(.</p>
<p>I’m not making fun of people for the amount of money they have or anything. I’m just saying that all the UC schools cost the same amount - around 30k.</p>
<p>yeahh my parents want me to go to uci too so I can commute but I think if I’m going to UC then I might as well dorm :p</p>
