<p>Everyone is a poindexter thinking they are really cool, yet anywhere else they would not have the time of day. </p>
<p>We have no real benefit from NYC, even Dartmouth in the woods smokes us at jobs (finance and consulting) and grad school placement (I go to a top 3 law school and we have more alums from Princeton and Dartmouth than Columbia which is bigger) and they have a lot more fun.</p>
<p>We have no campus life.</p>
<p>The administration is absolultely, miserably terrible. Going to Columbia feels like going to Oklahoma State at times. Does not feel like an Ivy.</p>
<p>Columbia is great for super majors (music, grad school level kids of which there might be 5/1000). For everyone else please enjoy your life and go to a better undergrad school, i.e. go to a more chill Ivy.</p>
