Bucknell - Safety
Villanova - Safety (maybe match idk, youre in haha)
Carnegie Mellon - Match
Yale (as undecided) - Somewhat of a reach

As for your Ivy League schools, particularly Columbia and Yale (since Cornell is a bit less selective), you definitely need to have an application focus (aka hook) - just judging on your ECs, it could be music, which is not particularly recommended unless you do something unique with it, swimming, or whatever, but you need SOMETHING to make you stand out besides your excellent academic record. By the way, nice SAT score!

Thanks for chancing me =)
Columbia - low reach
Cornell - low reach / high match

Thank you!
I was planning on using music as my “hook”…should I not? It’s something I’m really passionate about and what I’m most accomplished in as far as ECs go.

bump…

i’d say probably in at all except for yale, which of course is unpredictable and hard for anyone. congrats!

Columbia - in
Cornell - in
Johns Hopkins - in
Bucknell - in
Villanova - in
Carnegie Mellon - in
Yale (as undecided) - reach

You have a really good profile, but I think you should streamline it a bit. You don’t want to be one of those "laundry list " people who do a little bit of everything. Best of luck!

In cornell hopkins bucknell nova mellon. Columbia match yale low reach http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/815067-chances.html</a></p>

You’re good for all of em in my opinion, or have great chances.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/816945-chances-ucs.html</a> Chance me back plz!

I’d say you have a pretty good chance at Columbia and Cornell.
I have friends who go to both and you’re stats to be very similar.
Villanova, you’re deff in.
John’s Hopkins look for well rounded students as opposed to the academically gifted, so I think you fit that description very well.
Carnegie Mellon doesn’t seem to be much of a reach for you either.
Good luck!

Columbia: Low Reach
Cornell: High Match
Johns Hopkins: Match
Bucknell: Safety
Villanova: Safety
Carnegie Mellon: High Match
Yale: Reach

I would say you’re in at all of these schools. As everybody else is saying, Yale is kind of a toss-up, but your GPA, SAT scores, and ECs are extremely legit, so I would be pretty confident if I were you.
