You don't have to put ur community college grade?

Hello,

I transferred from community college to state university. I am getting different answers on whether company's look at your community college GPA. According to my sources, once you transfer to 4 year university, you basically start over in terms of grade.

Well, I never had good GPA in community college and it would be more than awesome if I don't actually have to factor in my community college GPA when calculating my cumulative GPA.

Would be it okay for me to just calculate my GPA from university and omit my community college GPA? I am not lying about my GPA, I am simply omitting my GPA from community college and I heard that company only look at your transcript from University.

Thank you,

I am in the same boat as you (except w/ a community college GPA that would boost my normal GPA), and my career coach said to just omit it on my resume and if companies ask for a detailed list of classes/grades, then tell them.
