<p>...was at Stanford today. Jack Nicholson, his daughter, and her mom! They were there for a campus tour (they got one exclusively for themselves). It was so random...I thought celebs always had bodyguards, and shied away from the public...he was walking right past me, only a foot or so away.</p>
<p>Not the first time a celebrity has appeared on campus. Steve Young used to eat at Wilbur dining on a semi-regular basis, as he was a family friend of the Otero RF's.</p>
<p>I had no idea! Well, I've only been in the U.S. for a year and a half, so I guess I get kind of starstruck by these things...</p>
<p>Around Palo Alto, you will see Steve Young, Al Gore, Steve Jobs, Michelle Pfeiffer, the Google guys who all look alike and every presidential candidate who comes trolling through Silicon Valley for cash.</p>
<p>Ahhh that makes sense. It looks like a really cool, if expensive, place to live/work.</p>
