Place at HOSA competition and get to go to state
Get all A's
Establish a club

Changes in Lifestyle-
Study more
Go out more with friends on the weekends
Take care of myself more..care more about my appearance (exercise 3 times a week at least, try to look nice everyday at school, perhaps put some makeup on ..lol)
Be more optimistic
Less worrying
Limit time on the internet..2 hrs a day ..mon-fri
Get a weekend job
Keep my mouth shut
Volunteer more..CAMP CAMP..big brother big sister..more redcross stuff

...there is probably a lot more stuff, but that's the jist of it

1st in area, 1st/2nd at state in Latin Grammar
Perfect Paper NLE
2nd at State for HOSA Debate
All A's (this seems high, but maybe 95+?)
More (Indian) Dancing
SAT practice, which I still haven't started

Study more
Become more friendly
More planned weekends
Better self-image
Less worrying

Be more supportive

Not procrastinating and taking school work a lil more seriously. Allotting time so that college apps, ECs, and schoolwork fits in...plus those CC classes. I want to do well and I've got a feeling I might actually need to work this time. :o

sigh

My car literally exploded today. The engine is wrecked. They towed it away to some random auto shop in Albany, New York. So now I don't have a car. :(

Forget homework or school or college, first priority now is to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

The perks of not having a car; your car can't burn out. :-)

Lotsa stuff to do this year, so without further adue, here's what I have to do (cheesy I know, my bad)

Get into EC's- I wasn't in any last year (rising Junior this year) so that's a MUST

Establish some clubs- I'm thinking a chess club and Movie club. I'm leaning more towards a movie club since I love movies and am abysmal at chess.

Self Study AP Bio- I've been in normal classes my first two years, and I'm only in 2 AP's this year. I want to prove to myself I'm smarter than the test labeled me. Also, not only did the AP coordinator not want me to take this, but my mom said no to it as well. I got money and ebay, which is all I need. :D

establish a weekly sports paper- I had a compadre in on this with me at the end of last year, but he kinda fizzled out. Thinking bout getting me to write the world of sports, and him to do local with guest columnist every week.

Get into Student Council- My freshman year, I couldn't find the room and was too timid to ask. I regret not entering then.

Get a Study Group- I need to find a group of people (most importantly, a person with a car :p) on the eve of test dates to goto Barnes and Noble to Study. No one in regular classes would go for this, so maybe some 'smart kids' would like it.

Study Standardized Test- My results aren't nearly what I want on these so I really need to study study study. If anyone here has any good advice on PSAT or ACT, let me know

AP/SAT II test- Guess this could go under standarized test, but the SAT II's are important to me cause I want to go outta state.

Another thing I need to do is find a way to take a Spanish class. It's imperative at numerous school's, but my schedule won't allow me to squeeze it in (I have choir which restore's my sanity somewhat through the school day and tennis. I only have a semester of electives left and Spanish is a year. :( ) If anyone has any suggestion's about this pickle, I'd appreciate very much.

That's all I can think of now. I hope more people will post so I can get some idea's.

Academics- Keep up good grades (hopefullly straight A's like last year). Learn to balance my time so I won't procrastinate much

E.C.'s- Join a few more clubs and stay committed to the ones I'm in (mostly track). Maybe become captain by senior year...

PSAT- register, do well on that (don't have a goal score yet)

SAT's/SAT II's/AP's- Not taking until January, but still prepping. Also, need more prep books.

Summer Programs- apply to those for summer of '06. I like NASA-Sharp, the internship at BU, and NIH.

Personally
-become more outgoing
-exercise more
-less TV (but I must watch my OC and American Idol of course)

Wow, junior year is going to kill me.
