youSC portal not working!!!1

please help! my youSC. portal had been working fine until earlier this week where now the page that comes up when I log in is for pre-applicants with the choices of “respond to usc” “join our mailing list” and “sign up for a tour” instead of what it used to have such as application status, financial aid, etc. I really need to log-in to see what financial aid package they’re offering me. has anyone else experienced this/know how to fix it???

I have the same issue and I cannot figure out how to get back to the normal applicant portal. I also haven’t gotten any decision in the mail.

@colepuma777I emailed them and it turns out somehow my login email switched to my gmail account even though I didn’t use that email for my common app. so I suggest emailing them bc now mine works!! hope you got in

@kikir328 How exactly was it fixed? I’m having the same problem and I’ve emailed and called and no one seems to know how to fix it.
