Youtube Channel

Hi, it just occurred to me that my Youtube channel could serve as a pretty good supplement for my common app. I think the channel as a whole would convey a pretty good sense of who I am, as I've uploaded tons of videos there. My middle school track meets, high school swim meets, skits with friends, weightlifting, piano, a compilation of my trip to Prague, footage of my mom's art show, artsy stuff, hobbies; basically my life over the last few years are up there. How would I go about doing that? Would listing my channel as a whole be advisable? Or maybe just the best videos? Channel name is "yommomalama" for reference.

Bump

I also have a youtube channel with loads of videos about my hobbies and impressive accomplishments. All school appropriate and I think they would make great additions. How do I post it?

You can add a link in the additional info section, but I’d be cautious about doing that. What admissions officer has the time to wade through “loads of videos”?

If you wanted to put together a brief (very brief!) compilation of your life’s highlights in a single video, that might be more successful. But I’d be really hesitant to ask an admissions officer to watch anything that lasts more than a minute, and 30 seconds might be even better.
