your gpa actually looks amazing (presuming it’s on a 4.0 scale), what are you predicted for IB? If your in 36-40 region your in at all. SAT scored need to be raised for a lot of them to at least 1970, ec’s pretty decent but need to have something related to business.

If your scores are below 36 in IB (e.g. you get a 34) my predictions:

USC (Low reach)
BU (High match)
Syracuse (No clue)
Northwestern (No chance!! Sorry :frowning: )
Northeastern (Match)
Emerson college (No clue)
UCSD (Low reach/High match)
UCSB (Low reach/High match)
UT austin (no clue)
GWU (Match)
Penn State (Match)
UNC (No clue)
UMich ann arbor (No clue)
Babson (High Match) (Babson doesn’t have any public relations so if you want to do double major your not gonna get it here! But if you want to do business as single major then your all good  )
Lehigh (No clue)
Chapman (Safety)
Cal State Northridge (Safety)

Chance Me Back? :
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1338239-chance-me-please-will-chance-back.html

Colleges do not care what you’re “predicted” to get on the IB exams. 36-40 isn’t outstanding, either. To say you’ll be in at “all” is a bit far-fetched. But, like I said, colleges couldn’t care less whether you were predicted for a 45 or 25.

The thing about IB is that US universities accept you based on your exams at the end of 11th grade which predict what you will get on the IB if you continue on that track. US colleges generally will not require you to reproduce that score on the IB itself but ask for 4 points below your score at most. UK universities on the other hand give you a conditional acceptance after your exams after 11th grade and will ask you to reproduce that in the 12th grade. In IB the exam results are commonly known as predicted. That’s why I used that terminology

American schools do not offer admission based on IB score except for maybe UF, but they still look at SAT and GPA. They look at GPA and SAT/ACT, not IB predicted points. If you get a high predicted, it won’t really matter for American colleges. The schools won’t ever get your IB score (unless you decide to send it in), so the IB predicted are just a formality on the common app. This said, the schools still want a high predicted on the commonapp international supplement.

And to CentralFC, a 36-40 is pretty impressive. Considering a 36 is at the 86 percentile and a 40 is at the 96 percentile (given the smaller self-selecting nature of IB compared to AP). Of course, nobody knows that including the colleges and everyone expects all those taking IB to have like a 42+ predicted, which is just ridiculous.

this was a chance post. sooo hop on over to one of those IB threads thanks!
