1,296 ACT Practice Questions Book an indicator of actual scores to any extent?!?

After going through nearly all of the practice sections in the 1,296 ACT Practice Questions book, I took two of its practice exams and scored a 27 and a 30...
...thus making me a bit discouraged...
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what score I could or should logically expect to get on the real test?!?

I have that book. The curve in the book isnt even close to the act math and reading curve. This doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t know how accurate the tests are.

The real tests’ curves vary to account for the slight differences in difficulty from test to test.

okay so follow-up: I actually got a 31, so I think the PR tests are a little low, but fairly accurate.

Ignore the scores on any practice tests from unofficial ACT practice tests - they’re not very indicative of your actual score. Just do them for the sake of practice and familiarization with the test. I thought the 1,296 book was harder/unrealistic compared with the actual exam, but I just did it for more exposure to the test despite being discouraged. To put things into perspective, I applied the skills I developed from these unofficial tests to the official tests on The Real ACT book and scored 34-36.

Oh, man. I better apply those skills I developed and score 34-36…
