I have 10 tardies this year and I’m pretty sure it’s gonna go on my transcript. will this effect me? 4 of these I got while in online school but my school is still counting them. I am in 10th grade
Obviously, this will affect your chances, but likely not by much. But you also have all of junior year to make up for it.
Colleges don’t care about tardies. They care about your performance. Don’t worry about it.
izrk02 ok that makes sense. For some reason I have always been scared that my tardies will affect my chances. In freshmen year I had one absence and 4 tardies and sophomore year I have 2 absences and 10 tardies. Most schools don’t even put attendance on the transcript but my school does 
I need to stop obsessing over it though… Hopefully in junior year I can be extra good and make up for my attendance.
