105 Credit rule?

<p>So I am a transfer student with 92 credits at the moment..and I have 13 credits that I am taking this quarter which means by the end of this quarter I will be at 105 credits. Does that mean I have to talk to an adviser to declare a major/plan out what I am going to do this quarter before the Spring? </p>

<p>Also, is it bad to be in this situation where you have to declare a major? </p>
