174IQPartier Is Signing Off!

Hey brahs,
I've had a lot of fun posting on this forum. However, I think it's time for me to log out for an indefinite period of time. I'm looking forward to MIT and educating my fellow college students on the merits of partying hard- like people our age are supposed to do! People are just so stressed out about college admissions these days. I'm aware that not everyone is blessed with my mental faculties but I think young Americans, in general, are way too uptight these days- they care way too much about prestige and being the best at everything. If we lived in a truly meritocratic society in which people would accept where their natural intelligence will take them in life- I think people would be a lot happier and less stressed out! I hope I've been able to convince at least a couple posters on this forum of how much fun my lifestyle is. I got other things to do. Who knows? I might come back someday, ;) I'll miss y'all!

Peace!

Who are you again?

Have fun :)

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Good luck!

have fun at mit

This guy right here is truly an interesting person at college confidential. After glancing through some of his posts, I couldn’t help but have a nice laugh. I personally don’t know what my IQ is, but I think that anyone who is reasonably smart has the potential to recognize 174IQPartier’s message to the College Confidential community (whether or not this poster himself consciously realizes it or not).

By creating this ironic username and purposely posting these attention-grabbers, 174IQPartier reminds us that we shouldn’t take College Confidential seriously. I’m fairly new to this forum, but I have already seen many people treat a random post on this forum as a medical diagnosis.

Whether this guy BS’d his stats or not, there’s bound to be at least one other person in the US that ‘fits’ this username. And regardless of all the different and unique people that have come across this board, all of us share a similar interest; we all care about college. Indeed, I think that the message 174IQPartier has brought to this community is that we should acknowledge not only our similar interest in colleges but also our own gifts and talents. Instead of incessantly worrying about the future, we should just have a little bit of fun.

Lol, I think 174IQPartier made a new account called TheGambit

^@ nick07= haha agreed.

I third this sentiment.

I agree with TheGambit
