1780 SAT. Help!

My first SAT score without preparing.
CR500 Math800 W480(7)
If I prepare and retake SAT in January.
Is there any chance to get in TOP 30 including Harvard and Yale this year?
(didn't finish 1 long reading ,only finished half of the essay and didn't finish about 15 of the grammer questions.Actually I just didn't notice the limited time was a big problem!)
I am not a native english speaker.international student.
I applied Yale's EA and changed to RD.
Will they cut off my scores in the first round though I am sure I will have at least 2000+ in January? Will they really wait my January score and then decide in or out?
Help! Any advice is welcome.

Nope (top 30).
Sorry.

You remind me of my friend. He's japanese and did terribly on verbal stuff, but is gpa is amazing.

I think in your case a little practice with timing will make this situation way better. Try doing some practice tests and knock 5 minutes off the time so when you actually take the test, you have ample time.

If you do lousy/mediocre on the SAT, a good thing to do is take the ACT. If you do great on that, you don't even have to bother with the SAT (except for colleges that require SAT subject tests)

Don't top colleges give non-native English-speaking applicants a little leeway on the SAT verbal sections?
