Thanks in advance! :)

Actually, scratch Clark off the list. I’ll probably apply to Boston College and Northeastern University instead. Both under Regular Decision.

Anyone want to assess my chances at these fine institutions?

Never mind, keep Clark on there lol. Chance me for University of Central Florida if you want.

UMass - low reach
Bentley - reach
Quinnipiac - high match
Hofstra - match
Binghamtom - high match
Clark - low reach/high match
Stetson - low reach
Rider - low match
William Patterson - safety
Boston College - high reach
Northeastern - high reach
I wish you the best of luck!

@DaneBrick‌ thanks, but I was looking for either an accept, reject, or waitlist for each school haha. I’m already fully aware of my reaches, matches, and safeties (I consider Rider a safety).

ANOTHER HOOK I LEFT OUT: I have a learning disability that allows me to get extra time on tests and exams. I also have an IEP.

Also, disregard that I ever mentioned UCF.

Another thing I left out: my parents had high-paying jobs when I was a toddler, so I have a huge college fund as a result. Therefore, I will be full pay ANYWHERE.

Anyone else want to chance me?

University of Massachusetts Amherst - Early Action: Deferred --> Accepted
Bentley University - Regular Decision: Waitlist
Quinnipiac University (Priority) - Rolling Admission: Accepted

I hope it helped! :)

@S2Stan‌ thank you for the chance back! :)

A lot of these OOS schools are becoming more and more competitive. With you GPA, no matter what the circumstances are, it will be very hard to get in. Also, SUNY schools give very poor financial aid to in state students. It will be worst for OOS students.

@Jay2631‌ @AnnieBeats‌ guys, again, I’m looking for Accept/Reject/Waitlist. I know what my matches, reaches, and safeties are. And I have indicated in a previous post on this thread that I’d be full pay ANYWHERE.

Fordham may now be added to the chance list.

All except for UMASS, BC, and Northeastern are matches! Try to get your scores up to help boost your chances at those reaches

@collegeeager‌ I have no plans to retake the SAT, as I was shooting for an 1800. Thank you for the chance, though! :)

Well OP, we aren’t admissions counselors. So our responses will be rather useless, but here ya go.

UMass - accept
Bentley - reject
Quinnipiac - accept
Hofstra - accept
Binghamtom - reject
Clark - deffered- accepted
Stetson - deffered- accepted
Rider - low match
William Patterson - accept
Boston College - reject
Northeastern - accept

@AnnieBeats‌ your response is not at all useless! I just wanted to get admissions predictions rather than the standard reach/match/safety. I really like hearing analysis and the opinions of others who are on the outside. Thank you very much for your chance! :)

UMass: Reach
Bentley: Reach
Quinnipiac: Match
Hofstra: Match
Binghamton: Reach
Clark: High Match
Stetson: Low Reach
Rider: Safety
William Patterson: Match
Boston College: Reach
Northeastern: Reach
None of them are impossible or outrageous!

@golf18‌ thanks! any admissions predictions?

You have an interesting situation there. What grade are you in btw? You should try to increase your gpa next semester if you can to show the colleges that it was truly the given circumstances that kept you from your best.
Northeastern-reject
Umass-accept maybe
Boston college-reject
Hofstra-accept
Binghamtom-reject maybe
William patterson/clark/stetson/rider-dont know the school
Bentley-close acceptance
Quinnipiac-accept

@IVCUSA11‌ I’m a rising senior. The schools that I’m applying to EA won’t see my 1st semester senior year grades unless I’m wait listed by them. Thanks for the chance! :)

Scenario: take Boston College, Clark, Stetson, and William Paterson off the list, and replace them with Fordham and Monmouth. Chance me now? :)
