So I just saw the 2014 exam schedule and Physics B is right after Biology. Does that mean I qualify to do Late-testing for one of them? And if yes, is there a rule on which one I should take first on regualr exam day?

No, you just go to Biology right after Physics B

It is like that every year.

If you have two exams in the same day, you go to both of them. Like with Physics B and Biology, you go to Biology in the morning then go to Physics B in the afternoon.

If you are signed up to take exams that conflict with each other, like Music Theory and Biology, or Physics B and Physics C, you take one of them that day and the other during late-period testing.

You qualify for late testing based on the above reason, or when a reasonable conflict occurs, such as getting sick, an important competition, and so on.

The schedule is set up so you can’t take more than two exams per day

I did this last administration, except with Biology, Physics B, and Physics C (both). All of them were scheduled the same day, with Biology in the morning and Physics in the afternoon. So what I did was that I took Biology in the morning, then I was rushed to the next building to take the Physics C exam with no break in between unfortunately (might be a different case with you). Then, I took the Physics B exam late.

I know people who did Music Theory and Biology at the same time. What they did was take Music Theory first, then took Biology late. It was easier for everyone to do that, as my district holds some tests at a building for all students in the district as not many kids take the tests at just one school, like with music theory or the foriegn language tests.

The schedule does not change much, if any, per year. The schedule this year is the same as last year if I remember correctly.

No you do not sorry. Bring a snack and stay as focused as possible. Good luck!

Many students at our D’s school had back to back exams this year. Some teachers kindly delayed afternoon exam start times by just a few minutes to allow those who had run between exams to use restrooms, gobble a quick snack and get settled. Other teachers were strict about start times and that was more stressful for the affected students.

AP exam schedules are announced months in advance, so there is plenty of time for students to prepare.
