2 C's this quarter... DEAD MEAT?

<p>English major + TAP
GPA... WAS 3.622 (before fall quarter)
now 3.317</p>

<p>What happened? Too many intense classes, so little time.</p>

<p>C in stats (last IGETC)
C in 1 unit honors seminar course (honors-TAP requirement)</p>

<p>*I am an English major, so stats was taken strictly for the math segment in IGETC.
*The TAP program at my CCC requires 3 honors courses taken the fall quarter of applying to UCLA: 1 full course (5 units), 2 seminar courses (1 unit each)
*C is the minimum grade to fulfill the honors course requirement AND to stay in TAP</p>

<p>1) Neither of these classes are my MAJOR PRE-REQUISITES. (got an A for pre-req English class)
However.. will my chances at UCLA drop significantly because of this insane GPA drop??</p>

<p>2) After I report my grades in the Spring, what will be my final grade that I send in? Cumulative throughout until Winter or Spring?
What I mean is... If I raise my GPA and it gets better in Winter.. and even higher in Spring, will that help me? Or only Winter?</p>

<p>Any advice will help. Thanks in advance</p>

Only winter, i guess if you retake these classes, you will be able to overwrite them..?</p>
