2 small questions about midyear grades

i already submitted mine online, but my grades weren't requested. (well i got the "not up for a scholarship" letter but that DOESNT mean that my grades were requested, right? there's a different "official request", isnt there?)

so if they weren't requested, all i have to do is submit them online?

thanks!

If I were you I’d double check that the not up for scholarship letter doesn’t say something about submitting grades on it.

Mine did, in the second to last paragraph:

"Also, if you have not already done so, please submit the grades you earned from the first grading period of your senior year. For your convenience, you may submit your grades online at <a href="http://www.usc.edu/midyeargrades.“>www.usc.edu/midyeargrades.”

I guess I just figured that was on all of the letter of this kind, but perhaps not.

yeah mine didn’t say that. hmm. but since i already submitted them online anyway, can i just fax a copy of my transcript to usc or does it have to be official (sent by my counselor)? :-/

Even the formal letter we received yesterday to submit mid-year grades, said to submit them online yourself. I don’t think you need to have your school do anything.

well on the website it says: Official Report Card: You must send under separate cover, a copy of your official report card received from your high school.

:-/// so can it literally be a COPY of the one i have here at home?

Yes, and you can mail it, scan and email it, FAX it… whatever way you want.
