The schools I'm looking at only count CR+Math scores. Here's my situation:

Can I just skip the writing sections since the schools don't care about it?

I missed about 6 questions on my practice test once. I think I can score higher than math on this section, if I try.

BUT, if I try, I'm 99% sure that my CR and/or Math scores will go down because it's very hard for me to switch from one subject to another and start concentrating immediately.

I'm afraid the colleges will look at me as a "lazy" because of the writing score.

Neglecting to bring the writing division to completion on a standardized exam is a notion we will not condone. Not only will prestigious universities see your repulsive writing score as a reflection of your English ineptness, but they will also recognize your languidity pertinent to English thought, as well as your lucidly portrayed incompetency.

Universities do not desire incompetent individuals. In addition, it is a promulgated fact that most incompetent individuals end up being the disrespected “trash” of American society. Competency sparks determination and inevitably success, while incompetency sparks nothing in the reality of progress and advancement. If you wish to be accepted by universities, acknowledged by society, and make a difference in this wretched world which we perceive as reality, then you will do as we say, and be a competent individual: take the writing division of the SAT I.

Despite Luciferlied’s extreme arrogance, I am inclined to agree with him on the point that you should complete the writing section.

At some schools, they will not even see your writing score. At others, it will show up, but they won’t “consider” it. In reality, anyone who sees a 200 on any section of the SAT is going to have questions. Those questions may turn into doubts, and doubts may become rejections.

Think of it this way: if you were reviewing some kid’s application and you saw a 200 in the writing column, would you look favorably on that?

I agree that we need to focus on improving scores in writing part but thats not everyone can do. so how to improve? are there any free live sessions to guide us to improve our scores?

manarius, yes! That’s what I’m worried about. Since they don’t “consider” the writing part, I’m wondering if they “see” my score.
If I do the writing part, like I said, my CR and Math scores will go down…
