2008 Calculus AB exam scores and did better or worse?

I was actually kinda surprised I got a 5. I thought it was much harder than any other exam, including last year's free response. What do you guys think?

btw, I took the make-up.

5 here. I came out thinking I got a 3 or worse because I only finished 24 of the first MC set (because I timed myself thinking there were only 24) and didnt finish the oil spill optimization FR question.

I thought the 2008 FR was easier than the 2007 FR by a bit (and the statistics for the two exams bear that out; the AP workshop I was at said the 2007 AP Calc AB test was the hardest test on record).

What I think most folks don't realize is that if you can get about 30 MC questions right (total out of the 45), and if you can pick up about 7 points per FR question, you should be clear of the boundary for a 5 by a good 5-10 points (depending on the year).

I got the score my AP Cal teacher predicted- 4.

Was really surprised to get a 5... I left a whole FRQ empty, and like 4-5 subsections empty...Thought it was a 4 maybe a 3...

Must've done really really well on multiple..

I'm pretty sure I got about 45-48 points out of 54 on the FR, and I did really well on the MC, so here's hoping for a 5. I'm waiting for them to mail it in to me.

i came out of the test not wanting to find out my score. this is because i didn't know how to do every question lol. i guess i didn't realize you don't have to get every question right (or close to all right for that matter) to get a 5.

I thought the test was extremely easy (thanks to my awesome teacher).

It wasn't too bad, but Calc isn't my best subject, but I got a 4

Considering that 11 people got 1's last year, and 1 person got a 2 (in a 12 person class), I'm real proud of that 4.

FSUBOUND: ditto, ditto, ditto....and my D's school gives credit for a 3...she was thrilled; could not study more than one day for this exam due to out-of-town competition......glad to see she is not the only one on CC with <4,5

Her AP calc teacher, however, will not be pleased....she probably got the lowest grade in the class....

My teacher predicted I'd either get a 3 or a "low 4" based on my final exam for his class.

I was praying for a 4 cause my school only gives credit for 4s and 5s... You can imagine how surprised and delighted I was to hear "5." I replayed the message 3 times.

I got a 5 on stats also so I'm pretty freakin' happy these days!
