2010-2011 College Basketball Discussion

Good win for Purdue. Badgers never seem to win there so I can’t say I’m too disappointed with the game. I had biology lab during the entire game so I had to follow it on my iPod. Seems like both Nankivil and Bruesewitz shot like crap.

Yeah we got lucky that Nankivil and Bruesewitz didn’t shoot so great. Lew Jack played great defense and offense the entire game. Johnson was on fire as usual and denied Leuer multiple times. Just have to play well against OSU now and don’t lose as bad as last time.

Boiler Up! Definitely moving up the rankings tomorrow and challenging OSU for the B10 title! A big “W” against Wisconsin and OSU!

YESSSSSSSSSSShell yeah

Which team do you think will win the tourney? I honestly don’t know…this year has been crazy with all the upsets. There is no consistent number 1 team. Can’t wait for MARCH MADNESS.

just to reiterate

YESSSSSSSSSSS

I’m calling St. John’s on a cinderella run to the final four.

^I wouldn’t call them a cinderella team with they way they’ve been playing.

St Johns is going to lose in the Sweet Sixteen

I’m not predicting anything until the brackets are officially released.

I like Purdue too, they are a good team, they played well against the Spartans today at their place. If Moore can play like he did against OSU we’re scary. I think BYU is gonna go far though, jimmer is insane. He plays well on the road.

^Yeah, BYU’s pretty good. The other players on the team are also stepping up, so it looks like they could go pretty deep in the tourney.

My favorite team right now is Ohio St. I think they have enough talent and depth to go far in the tournament.

Ugh, another tough loss in Hec Ed.

And the Lizard loses by 14. lawlz

BYU looks like pure ****. They will flame out with San Diego State in either the 2nd round or the sweet 16

please let Michigan in

oh, and Saint Johns is beast

think BYU’s chances have changed at all in light of the recent, er, suspension?

^Yup. They’re still a good team, but that suspension definitely hurts them.

BYU will still go far I believe. Even with the loss I think Jimmer can take this team far but other players will have to step up though.

Completely disagree kashc2. Did you see the way New Mexico dominated them? They were outrebounded 42-15… And Davies doesn’t average 30 rebounds/game.

That was one game, and that might have been Fredette’s worst game this year. You can’t base BYU’s future off one game. The loss of Davies was unexpected, they had little time to change their game plan. With more time to compensate for that loss, I believe they’ll be fine…but not as good as before obviously.
