<p>My acceptance said that if I said I intended to apply for financial aid, I would get a fee waiver. I got an email from them today saying there was a typo about the September dates. They sent me a new permission form. Anybody else who is going - I already faxed them my permission form. Do you think I need to fax in the new one they sent me without the typo?</p>
<p>I concur with punkadilly, as evident in my previous post, in the hunch that the fee waiver question is quite decisive in their decision. I unfortunately did not use fee waivers :/</p>

<p>I called Amherst and the admissions woman told me that Amherst did indeed receive my application. The man who answered told me that Amherst does not typically send out notifications of reception–which is odd, considering most members here have received notifications.</p>
<p>She told me that I would receive notification in the coming week. I’m concerned that perhaps my email address was poorly written on the application and thus misread.</p>
