<p>I have a question that most of you will likely find laughable. My son will be taking this test tomorrow. Do you use a pen or pencil for the essays? He likes to use pencil for everything, but I was wondering whether that would strain the reader’s eyes. Or if there were any official stance on this. Thoughts?</p>

<p>Blue or Black pen for the essays, and a single line cross out if you mess up. I’m pretty sure pencil is not allowed on the test? Or it’s at least not recommended at my school.</p>
