2011 January SAT: Math

gridin 16? plz respond!!!

um wasn’t it something like A+b = 8 and then to get the answer you had to double it to get 16

Oh I remember it now
It was x+y=z and z=8
And it asked
What is x+y+z?

oooh! yes!
it was 16.

No that wasn’t the gridin that was the first MC of a section

nah, not first multiple choice LOL
it was like the 10th or so.

but wat grdin was 16?

Oh well that’s the problem Interficio was talking about, at least.

What was the 20 grid in? I don’t remember that one or the 16

the 20 one was about the median and the range the range was 17 (37-20=17) and it had to make like 28 or something idk be the median

yeah i got 20 for that

did we get 1990 as an answer as well?

Oh yeah I remember that. No idea what the 16 is except it was the 2nd problem on the page.

I don’t recall a 1990

i did not get 1990…
or not that i can recall?

I dont recall a 1990, either, but math is my weakest section by far.

1990 was the year where the subtracted difference was the largest. 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, possibly variable

Did you get a Math experimental? I don’t remember that problem at all.

That was probably experimental. I wonder if 16 is another experimental…

i feel like all of you are aiming for much higher scores than me i just want 2150-2200

no 16 was a gri-in problem it went 1/8, 256, 20, [[[16]]], 4, 420, 4, 1/3, 61

zkaplove17:
yeah, i personally am…

i think it was experimental…
