<p>Does anyone know when we get our email addresses? When have previous classes gotten them?</p>
<p>I don't know about ED people for sure, but I'm pretty sure that everyone got them in the summer (June)</p>
<p>RD got them in May last year.</p>
<p>Yea, it was some time in the beginning of May. I think ED people got them in May too since no one in the Duke '11 group had a "Duke network" till that time.</p>

<p>well, your email address will be your <a href="mailto:firstname.lastname@duke.edu...thou">firstname.lastname@duke.edu...thou</a>gh your "real" address is your initials + a number or two (your "net id") @duke.edu (in other words, if you send it to <a href="mailto:firstname.lastname@duke.edu">firstname.lastname@duke.edu</a>, it will get redirected to your <a href="mailto:netid@duke.edu">netid@duke.edu</a>. does that make sense?</p>
