2012 football season is shaping up nicely

Vs Alabama in Cowboys stadium
Vs Notre Dame
Vs Nebraska
Vs OSU

Woah! That is going to be a tough season.

Notre Dame, Nebraska and OSU are all on the road.

There are still two open dates in September to set up a couple of additional marquee matchups.

According to the paper this morning, Rich Rod was all in favor of the Alabama match up. Perhaps he wants to set up the new guy to make his legacy look good.

Looks like the season will tilt on the October 6 match up at Purdue and November 3 at Minnesota.

you forgot one… we will no longer have a dumb hick as coach and will be led by John Harbaugh

Don’t you mean Jim Harbaugh?

yes i meant Jim. I was having a debate with my friend about the ravens this morning hence I had the name john harbaugh in my mind. But I would love to have John Harbaugh if he’s available lol

I would like to see Jim Harbough too. If we do not manage to go 0.500 in Big 10 play this year, I think we should kick RR out and bring in a coach that respects Michigan football (pro-style offense and hard-nosed defense) and understands its rivalries (OSU, MSU and Notre Dame). As exciting as RR’s brand of offense may be, I don’t think it suits the Big 10. I guess the next month will tell the full story.
