I’m moving on to planning a few minor renovations to the house before graduation party!

Had my LAMDA audition today. It started off with a brief interview mostly stating what my pieces were and what I knew about LAMDA. Performed my two monologues and song, then was asked for another Shakespeare (Richard the Third) and they asked me to do the first half without the handicap and then the second half with. Then concluded with a rather awkward interview, I feel like I didn’t articulate myself well and I misunderstood some of the things that they asked me. I walked out not really knowing what to think, but they said that I would hear in about three to four weeks.

my Ds scheduled to have hers in about 4 minutes!

Just got off phone w/D - she went in early. she loved it. they had her do 3 Shakespeare monologues, talked to her about the expense of going there and told her they couldn’t say anything yet but she should check her email in 2 weeks. If nothing comes of it, she’s still had a great weekend - she went to see Les Miz last night and got to chat with Cameron Macintosh. RADA tomorrow.

bardsom, we will be at RADA tomorrow too!!! When will you be there? Can we meet?

Unfortunately I’m not with her; she’s with a friend; they went up on the bus. Her apt. is at 12:45pm (I think). What time is yours? I’m sure she’d like to meet up. I’ll let her know you’ll be there. Her bus back to DC is at 5:30ish - providing it actually leaves. If not, I’m not sure where they’ll be spending the night!

Break a leg to her, bardsmom! My S’s appointment is in the morning. We’ll keep our eyes open :-)

I am curious, did your D end up going to NIU? If so, could you share your opinions or information to help us make a decision about the BFA Acting program?
Hi @SerenitySometime I’m new to CC but I think you might want to use the attach the @ sign to the name of the person that you want to answer your question. They may be more likely to see your question. Hope it works.
Since this thread was last used over a year ago, you probably should start a new one to pose your question, and use the “@” symbol as curiousMom suggests!
Instead of starting a completely new thread to ask a question of a specific member, try messaging them. You might have better luck.
She only has 4 posts, so I don’t think she can send PMs yet.
Okay, thank you, I’m new too
