Hey all,
This is just a general question...sorry for spamming everyone with questions, but I try to get as much information as possible :)

On my application to UCI (and my TAG) I mentioned that I was 'planning' to take a programming course in Java this coming 2013 summer semester was my current CC.

I have since been accepted to UCI for a B.S. in Informatics.

All is fine and well, except that earlier this week, my CC released the summer 2013 courses, and they have cut the CISP (this includes the java course I was supposed to take) from the schedule because of budget cuts.

What should I do? I have heard that the UC's don't make their decision of your admission based on the summer prior to attending because it is too close to registration for them to make their decision on. But I am concerned. I went ahead and submitted a msgCenter question to the admissions department with my query. Any advice?

Even without the Java course, I have at least 1 yr of higher level programming courses on my transcript (Visual Basic and C/C++ courses).

Any suggestions/Advice would be great, and I highly appreciate it!

-Marissa
