<p>D never received the official email, but it was showing her as a winner in her account on the scholarship website. She waited for the official email, but had not received it so she sent an email to confirm. Check your account on the scholarship website if you haven’t heard a yes or no answer.</p>
<p>For the Activities, Honors, and Awards section, how did you fill out for awards and honors? The way it is set up, it looks like it is only for activities. Some of my awards are not through a specific organization that I am involved in.</p>
<p>Just state each award separately after you are done listing your activities in that section. When you list an award, type, “xxxx award” so it will be clear to the scholarship committee that this is an award and not an activity. Good luck!</p>
There doesn’t appear to be a thread for 2015, but for anyone that applied this year, it looks like notifications are coming out – I was just notified that I won the $50k scholarship!

@Hoodie299 I got an email. As far as I know, we’re the only ones who have been notified so far. The rest of the results will be coming out in April.

@mrice1519 No. I’m pretty sure everyone else gets notified in late April which sucks.
@PassionForUMiami this whole college decision/ scholarship app process is killing me lol. This entire year has been such roller coaster of anxiety
