<p>Still Pending… Poly Sci Major, coming from SBCC, but from SD and outside local area. All major pre reqs done and AA-T with a 3.5 GPA</p>

<p>I’ve completed all my prerequisites except for 2 classes which are only available at SDSU. After 4 years of community college at Mesa, City and Grossmont, I’m so glad and happy to be moving up. Good luck to everyone out there.</p>

<p>For those of you who are applying with degrees for transfer, MAKE SURE YOUR VERIFICATION IS FAXED IN BY YOUR CC!!! Just spent an hour playing phone tag with my CC and SDSU only to find out my college never sent in my preliminary verification for my degree for transfer. Of course now I’m in a huge hurry to get it faxed over but the counselor said if it isn’t received by the 15th, they will drop the degree for transfer boost from your admission index score! idk why my name wasn’t on the initial verification list, maybe because I didn’t signal that i was going for a transfer degree until the supplemental app, but i definitely just saved myself. BE CAUTIOUS AND CHECK THIS!!!</p>
<p>Also, for all Business specific transfers, the counselors at SDSU told me that our acceptance statuses will likely be among the last posted, she said don’t expect them until late March/early April :(</p>

<p>@tyblackca There has already been 2 people on this thread with business specific majors who have been admitted. I myself am a business admin accounting major but haven’t heard yet. I have a 3.61 with everything completed and an AS/T. I’m assuming we probably didn’t get in if we don’t hear by today or the end of the week. People who were admitted last year were all basically on the first day. Don’t understand their process, I have stats well above other people getting admitted. Same thing happened to me with slo…congrats to everyone who has been admitted. Maybe a miracle will happen for me. </p>

<p>today is the first day decisions are coming out…just have patience and don’t be so hard on yourself… you sound like you have as good a shot as anyone.</p>

<p>3.47 (80% of units from ucsb) with pretty much all my GE’s done. will have roughly 70 semester units by end of spring. </p>

<p>However, my friend has a TAG to SDSU and is still pending… So maybe there’s hope? :-/</p>

<p>@michy312 Pretty sure like 75% or more transfers are admitted from sd area. It’s bs to be honest. There’s people with 2.8s and missing pre reqs that will get in over an out of the area applicant with a 3.5+ and everything done. </p>

<p>@sdsu2014 Yeah it sucks but there aren’t as many cal states around the sd area compared to la. BUT STILL I’d be super bitter if that happened to me where I wasn’t accepted just because I’m from la e__e especially to someone who had like a 2.8 LOL </p>

<p>@sdsu2014 i definitely feel your frustration. i have a 3.77 for the accounting major and it’s still pending, albeit being in northern california. makes me incredibly nervous with all the accounting acceptances today</p>
