I agree! The wait is unrelenting.

If it helps, the people that were first accepted into COLA in 2011 got their decision on a Monday, so it’s more likely we’ll start getting decisions Monday next week. So much speculation! Why are we doing this to ourselves?

Last year, the confirmation of first person who got accepted was sent on a sunday. So everything may happen.

GUYS IM SCURRED. Best of luck to everybody out there!!

oh man, this wait is killing me…specially when you have a gpa of 3.45

oh my word i am losing it. !!! this speculation is making it worse but i love it hahaha

I’m probably calling in today because I have some questions and I’ll try asking the person about the decisions if they seem nice lol.

DeeGeeErBear…If a student has over 55 transferable hours with a 3.65 GPA, requesting Economics or Government, what are the odds the student will be accepted if he has 4 Ws? Worried Mom…

“Decisions will be rolling out any day now” answer to our anticipation. Most likely next week we will hear back from them!

Zuzu2013: I don’t see W’s as a problem unless it was the same type of subject. I had a W for college algebra, but then the next semester I took algebra and got an A. If you can show them that you dropped a class but then retook it and did well, they should be fine!

Llama123, thanks for the information.

thanks llama! can’t wait!

Sekrim & Korsgaard -

I’ve been lurking on this thread for awhile but wanted to go ahead and reach out as I’m in the same position as y’all (freshman (@ UTD) hoping to transfer for spring semester). What are you planning on doing about housing? I’m 99% I’ll be going to Austin if I’m accepted but the window between accepting and classes starting is so small, I am going to be super upset if I miss out on UT simply because of logistics.

Sooo tomorrow could possibly be the day. :O

They sure are taking their sweet time on this.

I feel so…tortured…they need to hurrrrrry. It’s not like they have anything better to do. I work at a grad school admissions office and they get decisions out within 3 weeks.

Same here, I check the page about 10 times per day…

Yep, I’m also checking it non-stop.

Does anybody know if you get an email as soon as they post their decision? I know their site says within 24 hours, but I feel weird checking my status as often as I am.

arghh. this is agony. hopefully today…?
