My councilor said she completed her form, however the website says it has not even been started. Who do I email about this? Should I just have my councilor redo it? @CourtneyThurston

when do we hear back about the scholarship?
@Harryp17 Some local lodges may contact applicant who have won local scholarships in the next month (however not all of them do this). I have read that some lodges also invite local winners to dinners. Otherwise, we should know if we have become finalists in March/April. It is just a waiting game.
If anyone starts posting that they have advanced out of the local level and onto state (and you are curious if you did as well), you can contact your local lodge and ask. Good luck!
well results came out for me. I didnt get selected by my lodge. I am a bit shocked considering my nearly perfect sat score and valedictorian along with extremely strong ec that got me selected for coke semifinalist. Sigh

Unfortunately i didnt get to advance but on the bottom of my email it said " The Elks National Foundation only administers the 500 national scholarships. Some local Lodges use our scholarship application to award their own scholarship. If you qualify for one of those awards, the local Lodge will contact you directly by the end of April."
What does this mean? That theres a second kind of local Elks Scholarship that i can possibly get?
