Yea I’m waiting for Lehigh and it is my first choice. My act score being 27 is making me really nervous.

thanks for the info yankeesfanatic!

Got a letter from Lehigh today requesting we check portal for missing financial aid info. When we signed on and there was a long list of stuff we did not send. OOOPPS!

Somehow this got by us and we did send ANYTHING! No tax returns and did not fill out any of their forms at all! I am shocked that we did this and that they are just now asking for them. (We did fill out FAFSA and CSS Profile ahead of deadline.)

So I am also wondering if it is a good sign that although we totally screwed up by not sending them a single thing they still are taking the time to send us a letter and letting us send them all in. Or am I reaching?

@SVM from what I have heard in the past, the financial aid department works separately from the admissions department until right before letters are mailed out, but i have heard mixed stuff and this may be a good sign!

I think it’s a good sign

SVMMOM: We are in the exact same boat. I could have sworn that Lehigh was on the list of schools that accept IDOC and whn I got that letter today I checked and I was wrong. I am thinking that they wouldn’t possible bother with every applicant and that it must be a good sign. I’m sending everything today. we did file the FAFSA and CSS long ago, so all we are missing is the returns and w2s

I got a postcard in the mail, to check to make sure that I completed all my financial aid deadlines and if i did not, then I should get them done ASAP. I hope this a good sign.

We didnt get a postcard. So maybe thats a good sign for you!

Anyone have an idea when decisions will be up? It looks like they were released on Thursday, March 24th, 2011 (Class of 2015) and Friday, March 23rd (Class of 2016) in the past. My guess is March 21st, 22nd or 23rd (Thursday, Friday or Saturday) Here’s hoping!

I have been accepted to Penn State, Pittsburgh, Binghamton, Northeastern, RPI, & Georgia Tech. Still waiting to hear from Lehigh, Cornell, Northwestern, & Michigan.

My recommender has strong connections in the admissions office and said I should hear by tomorrow? I’m not sure if thats accurate but it definitely got me nervous.

I was interviewed online by a current senior at Lehigh, did anyone else have a similar interview?

When was your interview?

@gcmom In early February. (I’m an international applicant btw)

oh wow thats great! Good Luck!

Last semester of Junior year, students who are considered leaders in the class for one reason or another are invited to become Admissions Fellows in their Senior year. In this job they travel to the admissions events accross the country to make up the student panel at these events. They also interview proscpective students either on campus or remotely. They are key components to determining next year’s class make-up!
