My son is also OOS and just got Pegasus Gold for Non FL Resident. I have no idea what that means. Is there still a higher level or is that the same as Knights Achievement now? His stats were a 30 ACT, 4.8 non-recalculated GPA, somewhere around a 4.4 re-calculated, still not sure if we are doing that right but he has a lot of STEM classes and lots of strong EC’s.
My OOS son was also awarded the Pegasus Gold. No idea how much that is worth.
So today we received a letter stating my son was awarded the Provost Scholarship. The letter did not include the dollar amount. We thought that was odd. But I’m sure it’s enough :-). He has full right futures and prepaid college so hoping that he should be sitting fine. Now to do housing contract as he is too g to apply to Honors LLC.
D was awarded Pegasus Gold for non Florida resident (OOS), doesn’t say how much that is worth.

Are you accepting admission? Depends on UF/FSU/FIU admission/scholarships, but probably.
Just got a letter in today’s mail. Provost Scholarship! Very excited family here!
Attempted to find out what the scholarship amount is- called admissions office to see if they could tell me the scholarship amount for my D (Pegasus gold for non FL resident) but she said she has no idea of the amount, and that we have to wait to get something in the mail. Guess we have to wait on snail mail
@Tbosmom congratulations!! Are you in state or out of state and did the letter tell you the amount?
Congratulations @Tbosmom !! That is awesome news! When you get a second, let us know if the letter tells you the amount. Also, is it still not under MyUCF? Maybe I still stand a chance. lol
Congrats to everyone!
Thanks! The letter was from the Dean of the Burnett Honors College and congratulated him on receiving the Provost’s Scholarship. Sadly, it didn’t mention the amount. We are in-state residents. The amount doesn’t show up on his “To-Do List” either so I guess we’ll have to wait for a packet in the mail. As soon as we receive it, I’ll update. Best of luck to everyone who’s waiting. Go Knights!
Im confuse, are they letting all the provost and gold people know first? Cause I didn’t get anything yet…
Son was deferred yesterday. Weighted 3.8, SAT 1290 at application (just sent new score of 1320), will graduate AICE (one exam left to pass), ACT 26. All AICE and AP courses junior and senior years. Suggestions?
@DarkFlameCorn I think they’re trying to get through all the OOS people first since it seems like the majority of people receiving scholarships ATM is OOS people.
Which is really weird. You’d think in-state would be the priority.
