2022 Clark Scholars

no response yet!

Hello everyone,

My name is Serena, and I am excited to be a part of this community. I wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about myself and my achievements. Last year, I was admitted with a 3.2 unweighted GPA, and I am proud to say that I was first in my class of 20 students.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have completed a rigorous academic program with twelve Advanced Placement classes under my belt, including AP Seminar, AP Calculus BC, AP Art, AP Chemistry, AP French, AP Spanish, and AP Chinese. I am proud to share that I received a 5 on all of my AP exams, which I completed before becoming a junior in high school.

Outside of academics, I work for Disney as a cast member and have the privilege of playing Mulan. In addition, I am a small business owner who generates $50,000 a month. I invented a synthetic material with a patent for new diapers for Pampers, and I wrote an environmental protection bill for Florida’s Everglades.

I also have a passion for rescuing baby alligators with my mom, and we have saved over 300 alligators and returned them to their natural habitat. I started a non-profit organization to fund baby drop-off stations in local fire stations to ensure the safety of unwanted children. On the weekends, I build houses with my dad.

I hope that this brief overview gives you a better understanding of who I am, and I look forward to learning more about each of you.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Best regards,
Serena

Hi Serena, did you receive a phone call before receiving an email of acceptance and was it in your spam? I’m still waiting for decisions for the Clark Scholars program for this year!

Seriously? Wow, I am floored.

Dawg she’s ■■■■■■■■ :skull: Check her activity, she posted the same thing on the UPenn Waitlist thread lol. If someone generating more than half a million a year you should know that summer programs are not their top priority lmao. I mean I could be wrong but it sounds extremely cappy to me lol
