I’m guessing I should not use the SAT at all? I’m applying to schools like Cornell, UVA, UNC, NYU Stern, UPENN, etc.

34 is much better. The SAT equivalent is nearly 100 points higher than your actual SAT.
I’d stick with your ACT.
Will sending both hurt my chances in any way?
@Chrysanthemum14 @rubberfall
@zuminskee Sending your SAT doesn’t do anything to benefit you. In addition, by sending your ACT you have better chances and you save more money.
Probably, but why to send both?
Just look the policy of each school that you will apply. You are good with the ACT. The ACT 34 is equivalent to a 2250 on the SAT, which is better than your 2190.
Sending just your ACT shows strong scores across Eng, Math, Reading, while your SAT of 680 in CR, isn’t as strong.
An ACT of 34 is a great score, so why muddy the waters?
Should I retake the ACT to bump up science or no? My top 3 schools all superscore the ACT
Which major are you looking for?
If it’s your first time, then yeah you can take it again.
I wanna major in something along the lines of economics/math. This was my second ACT @Jr12317
Your ACT is very strong. Scores do not always go UP when you retake a test. Focus on living life (your EC’s, etc.) and documenting it, not studying and retaking your test. Especially with very high E, R, & M!
@zuminskeeI would not retake.
